YARROW FLOWER C/S
BOTANICAL NAME: Achillea millefolium
COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: BULGARIA
Achillea millefolium, also known by the name milfoil is native to Bulgaria, but found commonly in Europe, Asia, and the United States. It received it's Latin name through it's association with Greek god Achilles, and his treatment of his troops injuries on the battlefield with this flower. Historically, the flower and leaves have been used as a tea to treat minor gastrointestinal discomforts and support healthy appetite. It has also been used in German culture to support healthy skin.
